When you apply, we collect what you choose to enter or upload:
If you apply through a LinkedIn lead form instead, we receive the details you choose to submit in that form. We do not ask for special category data (such as health information) and ask you not to include it.

We do not sell your data. We use these service providers to handle it on our behalf:
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by data protection law. Our staff involved in recruitment can access your data; we may also disclose it where the law requires.
This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you successfully submit an application, a small marker is stored in your browser (local storage) so the form is not accidentally submitted twice from the same device. Some images and links on the page (for example YouTube thumbnails and country flags) are loaded from third-party servers, which means those providers can see your IP address when your browser fetches them. Links to Trustpilot, Instagram and YouTube take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
We keep application data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including recruitment records, and then delete or anonymise it. If you would like it deleted sooner, contact us (see below).
You have the right to ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@educate2trade.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
This page and the form submission use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to application records is limited to staff who need it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
